Ford stated I bashed my dealer on this site. Did they even read the post?

That's fair, I don't see anything I would call bashing the dealer. Maybe the thread where you asked if they installed the wrong software in your car, but you didn't name the dealer. When you said "them" I thought you meant Ford.
Also fair. I was being a smarta$$ but also wondered if it was an old version. In this new episode the version everyone was getting wasn't working on mine, they had to have Ford push a diff updated version the next day for it to take the software.

what exactly is your concern? do you think they’re sabotaging your MME?
My concern is that we are all on the same page and no one is bashing anyone really. Why would Ford feel the need to tell a dealer I am giving them a bad rap on a forum? What is the point of that to try and make the dealer not fix the issues? Why is that even needed? Why would words be coming out of someones mouth that I didn't even say? It does make me nervous it's just posturing in order for them to say screw it, not fixing it, wipe our hands of it, when I view it quite opposite. I hope that makes sense.

I have done nothing more than praise my Dealership. I purchased mine at Baxter Ford in Omaha and they were/are awesome.

The main problem I have with my MME is the poor build quality along with the Tech. Now while I am quite confident that many new designs have similar problems, Ford needs to hear the "bad" to fix the problems that may occur to future owners and get them fixed sooner rather than later.

I am not loyal to any brand and it amazes me how some get offended when pointing out flaws on a vehicle. Now if they personally built the vehicle, I would see where the anger is coming from. But to my knowledge, the Dealerships along with their mechanics have had nothing to do with the poor quality of their product that they sell/work on nor do the purchasers of said products.

If my Dealership gives me a whiff of displeasure of my posts relating to the build quality of my MME, this will be my absolute last Ford that will ever reside in my garage. Period
Unfortunately I think I just got a bad one. Truly chasing it down it feels like a bad CPU or controller as it seems to be shorting out parts and the 12v. The issues I have had with this car, only one really has been an EV problem which was the HVJB, all the other items are parts that are in existence like on my 8 year old F150 and it still works today (knocks on the desk quick).

is it possible that Ford alerted the dealer that you are voicing your concerns here about the car and the dealer should be more careful/dilligent in fixing your issues? And the dealer misunderstanding it as dealer bashing? The meaning of things can change when they get translated by a few people.

Is there any chance that a rodent has gotten into your insulation? You certainly wouldn't be the first to experience that problem...

So my Mach E is having issues, tons. I have lost track of how many days it has spent at the dealer. This is the 2nd time Ford engineering has had to work on the car as the dealer couldn't get it to work properly. Not a dig at the dealer, something is off in this car. So I go to the dealer today because now I having another confounding issue with the car. The dealer let me know Ford stated I am bashing them on this forum which couldn't be further from the truth, in fact on my postings with the dealer I stated they are great. They have followed up on my issues, kept me in the loop, I even sent that same sentiment through emails with Ford. Why does the customer have to be pitted against the dealer @Ford Motor Company it doesn't make sense. We should all be working together to figure out what is wrong with the car.
Gas lighting tactic which lit you up. I myself had difficulty with our dealer trying to switch a third party warranty on my contract when I specifically said they are worthless and waated the Ford warranty. He started to write up the third party one and I pulled the contract up and tore in half. Get the manager over here. Wow was he apologetic. He even dropped the price by $300 to match the lower price warranty. Threaten the dealership you want to apply your states lemon law and get your money back. They will treat you like customer #1. Good luck.

I definitely bashed my purchase dealer in the reservations and order tracking thread section.

I bashed my dealer in the survey I was sent after purchase.

I don’t know your story but I felt in my case the dealer deserved an honest review and it was not flattering.

We have all checked that also. I remember a “gremlins” post and it was chewed up wiring. We don’t have that. Either the items that went bad are not flagging the CPU for notice or the items stating they are bad are working fine. Then mix in the additional items not acting correctly and I think we are all lost on this one.

In 2011 I bought a 2012 Focus in Blue Candy Metallic. 3 days into owning it someone hit it in my work parking lot. I brought it to my dealers body shop assuming that since they were a ford dealer, ford would give them the info on the paint. Well it turns out ford doesn’t, and the dealers have to mix it themselves, or reference a database of paint mixes that others have tried. Since it was a brand new color there were no good matches in the database yet. The paint guy did dozens of mixes trying to get it right. They even sent part of my old bumper to the paint company to have it analyzed.

The reason I bring all this up is I wrote to ford and said my dealer was doing a great job, but they were having trouble matching this color and asked if there was anything they could do to help. A few days later I got a call from the head of the body shop saying that ford had dinged them because of my email.

So what happened to you and your dealer doesn’t surprise me.
