This is an update to TSB 23-2137 that adds additional trouble codes and clarifies parts ordering. This is the TSB to fix coaxial cable issues causing Front Camera Fault Service Required messages. The TSB directs replacement of the camera coax cable first above the headliner, and if that doesn't work then it continues down the A pillar and floor back to the IPMA in the trunk area. You are more likely to have this issue if your vehicle had the windshield or glass roof recall performed, since this cable was likely disturbed and may have been damaged by careless handling during reassembly. The coax cable is fragile and cannot be bent sharply (gentle turns only) or it will fail.
Summary
This article supersedes TSB 23-2137 to update the Title, Action, Issue, Service Procedure and Parts List.
Issue: Some 2021-2023 Mustang Mach-E vehicles may exhibit various driver assistance system warning messages or inoperative features and/or diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U3000:49 stored in the image processing module A (IPMA) that will not clear and not be stored in the vehicle's history. DTCs C1001:31 and/or U3000:89 may be stored in the IPMA, but may have recently been cleared and stored in the vehicle's history. This may be due to a connection issue between the IPMA Camera and the IPMA. To correct the condition, perform the following service procedure to repair the connection and reset the IPMA.
Action: Follow the Service Procedure to correct the condition on vehicles that meet all of the following criteria:

Parts To Inspect And Replace Only As Needed
Warranty Status: Eligible under provisions of New Vehicle Limited Warranty (NVLW)/Service Part Warranty (SPW)/Special Service Part (SSP)/Extended Service Plan (ESP) coverage. Limits/policies/prior approvals are not altered by a TSB. NVLW/SPW/SSP/ESP coverage limits are determined by the identified causal part and verified using the OASIS part coverage tool.

The TSB doesn't mention this, but the first step should be to pop off the cover above the rear mirror and confirm cable routing does not put strain on the connector. Correcting the cable routing here alone may be enough to fix the issue without needing coax replacement. You can easily pop the cover off and check yourself to possibly save a dealer trip. If your cable is routing is correct and you still have the issue, bring it to the dealer and mention this TSB.
