Help Car towed after accident and can't open doors

Car is at the tow center and I'm unable to open the door from the outside to retrieve my things. Ford pass shows its in battery saver. Car has about 15% battery.

The battery saver is for the 12v battery, not the HVB. If the battery is dead, you'll need to pop the cap at the bumper of the car, and connect a 12v power source. This will pop the frunk. Then you'll need to connect to the jump points, and charge the 12v battery for a short period to let you pop the door.

Yes. Once you get the frunk open. But use the jump points under the driver's side panel, not the battery.

Yes, you can also use a portable jump battery.
