To be fair they’re helpful with existing information.Look, if you haven't already figured it out, calling Ford is just a complete waste of your time. They want to be helpful, they try to be helpful, but they just don't have the training or knowledge.

When you call a random call center and ask them to predict the future (when will I get X?), they will know nothing. Nor should they. Ford does at least an “ok” job of letting us know what’s coming. There doesn’t appear to be too much insider info that’s told to ALL their employees before us.**
**Yes, certain people working on certain projects know more than us. But NONE of those people will ever be answering phones in a call center.
