It actually charged on my home charger but I'm going to take it to the dealer today anyway and have them look at it.
Good luck with that, if it’s working fine might as well not waste the time.

Not yet. Parts were ordered and I have a concierge from ford escalating my case.
The reason I'm curious is I'm also waiting for the part. My car doesn't charge at all however, so it's sitting at the dealer. The dealer and BEV team both say that the part is backordered with no restock estimate. My case is also "escalated", whatever that means...

I'm also curious how you have a "concierge"? Is it the BEV rep or someone else?

Concierge means that I have a dedicated person from ford interacting with me and the dealership and helping to expedite the repair by prioritizing the shipment of parts and coordinating the loaner car.
How do you get that? Sounds less expensive than if Ford has to buyback my car.

I still need to try a public fast charger. If it doesn't work then I'll still need to bring it in.

I am having the same issue that is now escalated. The dealership plans to replace the charging port and charger wiring harness. I can only charge on my home charger if I jiggle the connector a few times and then I can get it to charge to 100%. Cannot use other L2 chargers.
Good luck. Hope it's soon!

I’m interested in how you get concierge as well and my car is at the dealership so I do not know if I am going to have this issue yet but was wondering if the update you are discussing is this one

Before you are changing hardware stuff:
Yesterday evening, I had the same problem with my mme 22. I started a charging session at a public charger L2, did not notice any problem and went away. When I came back, I noticed that the car was not charged. Luckely I had enough juice to drive home. My sw powerup version is 6.3.0 (in Europe, I do not now if the numbering is exactly the same).

Note: at arrival at home, my car was charged as usual.

I see simular threads with charging problems, so probably a sw problem

That is the update I received, however, my car is charging on my home charger now. Still need to see if the public chargers will work.

Correct. But that update was just for the TCU, which wouldn’t affect charging. I think the timing is just a coincidence.
I got power up 6.3 last night and am now receiving a “charge station fault”. I unplugged, waited for the flashing red ring to go out, plugged back in, it charged correctly for 1.18 kwh, went into fault again. Definitely caused by 6.3. I’m going to unplug and wait longer.

Ok please let me know. I use my mobile charger that I purchased with the vehicle to charge at home I had it hard wired via 240 volt line
