She usually does fun, informative videos but I particularly enjoyed this one. She covered mostly everything an everyday user could want to know/understand.

So use a Tesla adapter at a Tesla station and navigate to it on the Tesla app? Got it.

I liked the video. One question:
If someone is already registered with Plug and Charge, is any other registration required? I thought not.

No. Just go in an make sure it’s still active and you have the green checks on EA and Tesla.

And for now you have to navigate to a CCS fast charger so that the car preconditions and you get good charging speed.

Think this will finally keep people from saying “charging network” when comparing a pros and cons list of Mach E vs Model Y?

No, because as pointed out in the video, only level 3 and higher work with our car. something like 80% of their network is lvl 2 or lower.. there are only 5 lvl 3 or higher in the entire state of Colorado.

Your numbers are off. More like 50% of the TSLA network.

Roughly 2,300 supercharger stations of 6,000 world wide are in North America. One report has ~2,000 in the US with ~22,000 connectors. Canada has another ~225 stations, so lets say ~24,500 connectors in N.A.

Ford is advertising access to 12,000 supercharger connectors in North America.

-----

BTW, Tesla shows more than 6 adapter compatible sites in Denver alone. 16 in the state.

This. The nearest eligible Lvl 3 charger is over 400 miles from my house, despite lots of Lvl 2 stations along the way. I didn't realize that when I bought the car, although it's my own fault for not researching the details, I guess. I don't like the idea of relying on other charging stations.
