I’ll have to go to the dealership. OTA Failed last night. Ford Pass says: your vehicle requires service. OTA update failed. 24-PU0105-CMR-FX. 22 MachE Select.

I take mine in tomorrow morning to the dealer. I will show them a copy of this TSB. Hopefully thats the fix.

Mine just failed the OTA to fix Bluecruise and told me to take the car in for service. Fortunately already had an appointment to get the TSB dealt with tomorrow.

Darn, can't believe these OTAs are still failing a month after the rollout was paused when they first started to fail to EAP members in late Feb. I don't think there's been a single person on these forums who has reported successfully receiving the CMR update. :(

I coincidentally have a mobile service visit scheduled for tomorrow. I haven't received the failed CMR update yet, but I've been without Lane keeping since december. I'm going to try to have them do it during their visit tomorrow. Hopefully it's a relatively quick programming fix as they won't want to do it if it's going to be long.

Good luck. I, too, have been without BC and Lane Centering since December. Hopefully you have some good news to report tomorrow. My service appointment isn't for a while, so I was hoping for an OTA, but it sounds like this might be a dealer only fix.

As a bonus it appears to have broken my phone as a key and exterior lock button. Now getting a fun 'service vehicle immediately, features may not work as intended' notice.

On the bright side I'm still under warranty by a whole 250 miles so they have to fix it.

Good to hear. Have a bit to wait until my dealer can get me in.

Awesome news. You're the first to report successfully fixing the issue. Out of curiosity, how long did it take and did you have to hook up to a car charger? I'm hoping I can get it squeezed into my mobile service visit tomorrow.

I would say the whole process took just under an hour for me, though it may have gone faster if I had stayed next to it. The last copy takes a while. I had a 12v battery charger connected during the update, and the normal HV charger was disconnected, which I believe is recommended.

First time being notified about the update. It has failed countless times due to a manifest errror (according to FDRS). Let's see if this OTA pushes through successfully and fixes my BC so I can cancel my Monday appointment....

For those with this problem, does BlueCruise not work at all or just on certain mapped areas?

I have a 23 GTPE which received the 6.13.0 update in early January, about 3 weeks after taking delivery. BlueCruise and lane centering have been inoperable since that time.

I can confirm I was also able to use FDRS today to update the CMR module and BlueCruise is again working as expected!

The update took about 1 hour to complete.

I would VERY STRONGLY recommend connecting the vehicle to an external power supply during this upgrade as it runs various pumps and fans during the upgrade process which create a large draw on the 12V LVB system.

One thing to note, in my case, the CMR module was reporting a purple "Responded Negatively" status so I needed to perform a PMI (Programmable Module Installation) procedure on the CMR module in FDRS instead of a standard software update.

After the update, for the first time in the 4 months I've had the vehicle, all of my modules are now reporting success without any failures! :)

Given this result, I would expect that if the OTA update fails, a dealer (or adventurous owner ;)) should be able to perform an update procedure via FDRS to resolve the issue.
