I was wondering if anybody else was seeing the same problem I’m seeing. Going to FordPass go to your vehicle and charging click on preferred times and you get the error message. I have attached?

The only surefire fix that I have performed is to uninstall and reinstall the app. I know it’s the pain, but it seems to work. You can also go into your vehicle and manually edit some of the charging and departure time. Somebody else mentioned to turn the Wi-Fi off again. With the changes that are happening with Ford software and the FordPass app this might be the only workaround.

Yah, noticing a lot more connectivity issues with Ford Pass app lately and I am in very strong AT&T cell signal area.

At nights, it connects to my WiFi so I don't understand why it would lose connection.

In the morning, I can't remote start it.

BTW: I am running the new 5.0 version Ford Pass...

Yeah, your FordPass app looks a lot different than mine. I don’t know why I’ve gotten no updates. I’ve got a cell tower for AT&T right in my backyard and we’ve got nothing but and 5G in the neighborhood Wi-Fi with AT&T.

Well, I actually did delete the app and re-download it, and it is working again and actually where you see information under software update that used to have like my last update and everything in there and now that information is kind of gone like it’s almost waiting for new information so that’s different. Thank you.

Just one other thing, and I thought I read on here if you access the FordPass app, I just noticed that not even going near the car or anything, my mileage went from 235 to 231 but it’s still at 90%. Does accessing the app effect on the car?

The GOM takes a number of factors into account like temperature. Your car can report a different range if the temperature changes.

Well, you’re probably right if you look at the map of South Mississippi and about 15 miles from here, there’s a tornado on the ground that could be affecting the temperature!
