Clean up after yourself when using fast chargers. Don't be a pig. Pick up your garbage, don't empty your garbage and ash trays on the ground. The business doesn't own the fast chargers, makes little money off them (just a little rent) why do you think it is ok to dump your garbage for someone else to clean up? As a business owner I wouldn't allow fast chargers. People want to use bathrooms, make a mess and complain to business owner. As a matter of fact don't litter at all. Maybe be nice and pick up some of the garbage. Would ypu want people to come to your house to dump their garbage in your yard? Have even a modicum of some class.
