Charger Fault at home

Hello everyone,
I recently have been getting charge faults from my juice box home charger. The car will charge when scheduled tonight to the designated level but in the morning when my car signals to warm up the car that is when my car tells me the charging fault occurs. The cable is not disconnected from when I plug it in at night until I get this fault. Has anyone else seen this and how they remedied the issue? If I reset the fault and plug it back in, the charge will begin to precondition. Ford dealer believes it is a juice box issue.

Switch to the Ford mobile charger for 1-night overnight and see if the car still gives a fault.

The problem I have with that is that I believe if my juice box is unplugged it is a flag for the energy company program. Because it will assume I am trying to take power during peak times.

You've got too many variables and you need to narrow it down to determine your issue.

Your power company has a connection to your juicebox? Is that just sending data, or can the power company tell the juicebox when to charge?

have you spoken to juicebox? I had an issue where I was getting "charging paused" on my fordpass after plugging in. They logged in remotely reset things and worked perfect ever since. Tho your scenario is substantially different. I washighlly impressed with juicebox (ENEL) online tech support

I have been trying to email with juice box but it has been slow. I haven’t had the time yet to online chat with them. I did have a good experience with them on a different Issue. I was just wondering if anyone had similar issues as it still is charging fine overnight

I actually just called the toll free number for tech support. The tech was actually based in South Africa, but he sorted everything in a single fifteen minute call.
