Interesting so the test for BC1.4 update was really BC1.2 applied to a BC1.0 car?BTW, I just now looked up the VIN for a '21 model that did benefit from the EA OTA 7.x.x BC 1.4 program.
And while I realize that the BC 1.3 OTA has not gone out to '21 models yet (EA or otherwise), I can tell you that the IPMA revision this car currently shows is "-ACJ".
Which is the same rev that my '23 model running BC 1.2 had...before I got the update to BC 1.3 (now IPMA rev. "-BAE).
So I look forward to seeing that new IPMA update roll out to the '21 models, hopefully soon (maybe this "OTA Friday" will be the one?).
