How about now, a month later?

Just got the error for the first time, two months after the performed service. One drive became available after the restart of the car, so if it happens like that - once a couple of months with a quick restore, it's not too bad and isn't worth going to the dealer if an OTA is somewhere on the horizon.
Sounds like that "expected early May" horizon may be slipping far, far away.

Sorry to hear this happened after two months. For me, it's been about a month and a half and 700 miles, with no incidents yet, so I figured I was safe. Guess I'm not safe...

It's your lucky day, the TSB has been released: TSB 24-2187 - 1 Pedal Drive Fault Warning Message, P0C2F:92 Stored In The SOBDMC

Same for me. I got the 1PD Fault warning for the first time 2 months (1,100 miles) after I got the 23B50 recall/CSP installed. My son was driving, and he had no resulting safety problem this time. 1PD worked normally again after restart. My dealer found codes P087F and P0C2F, and applied the TSB mentioned above.

Hopefully my Mustang is all good now. I suppose it's best that the fault occurred before my warranty expires later this year.

In my 23 GTPE 23.0 I have experienced maybe 8 occurrences of 1PD not slowing (or maybe accelerating) when taking foot of pedal. All have been approaching stop signs in 25mph zones. This can be quite alarming when it happens. I have not seen any fault messages. Is this a known issue or is there another thread discussing this here? Car was purchased early March and has 2300 miles. thanks,

You might need to check if you have 1PD turned on in the different profiles. Go through the different buttons on your door and make sure all have it on. If it happens again, check what it shows as your profile. I believe this fault has an actual error message, yours sounds like the setting is getting turned off.

I don't have any of the profiles set. The first few times I noticed that, I thought 'did that just happen?'. Now that I am aware it can happen I have proven at least to myself that it does happen. Yesterday I had a passenger in the car that asked what just happened. It has never been been at the start of a trip (I would notice at the first stop sign) and when it does happen I immediately check and find it is working the next time I press and remove foot from pedal. I have not seen an actual error.

After a couple of weeks without out this I had my car speed up again at a stop sign after disengaging the pedal. No errors. A little alarming. Every time this has happened has been when approaching a stop sign if that makes any sense.

If I go to my local Ford service to ask them to look at my 1pd not always working and without an error can they do anything? Will they charge to look?

There’s a TSB that might apply to your situation. Mention TSB 24-2187 to your dealer. Since it seems you have the 23 model, should be covered by your bumper to bumper warranty. Very likely you have modules that need software updates.

Has anyone received these OTA?

I'm not sure if the flurry of updates that have rolled out the past month to everyone covers this update. I haven't really been paying much attention to it as I update my car through FDRS due to the historically long gaps between OTAs. The flurry of updates people have been receiving haven't been the norm.
