We're all different heights, weights build etc so it is good that Ford have addressed any possible line of sight issues. What I REALLY wish they would address is the stupid intern designed floppy cargo cover which detaches itself at the slightest possibility. The rollup design in the Mazda CX5 is hard to beat and can be detached in a rolled up state for even more cargo capacity.

Oh good, a *combined* indicator/wiper stalk. As if we need more reasons for people not to use their turn signals properly ?

I don't understand the how much space you actually "regain" from the lack of knob shifter.

Yeah I'm a little concerned how "busy" the left side combined turn signal/front wiper+wash/rear wiper+wash/high beam stalk will be. Will there still be six different wiper settings like now? Two different rear settings? We don't know yet.

Well, at least the speedo now seems to be in a spot that isn't partially obscured by the steering wheel. Small victories. ?‍♂?
Honestly, I have tried many seating positions and head positions to try and obscure the MPH with the steering wheel. The only way I could do it was to position my head quite a bit to the right. A position I would never be in while driving. Have you experienced the MPH being blocked by the steering wheel, partially or otherwise?

I'm using these clips and haven't had the cover disengage.

I really want to know if the 25 Mach-E touchscreen user interface is any faster. It's crazy slow to change a radio station with my 22 Mach-E. I would love to have a snappy touchscreen user interface.

I wouldn’t have said it if it wasn’t partially obscured while in a position where I was on a good driving position. ?‍♂?

Here are some interior shots from the press footage showing some of the new features, in particular a totally new instrument cluster UI with new fonts. Looks like the power/regen meter will always be shown in the right side. Speedometer will be slightly offset to the right, which should help calm down the complaints from some people about the wheel blocking it. Main screen UI looks the same. There will be a passthrough from the center console into the new cubby for a phone cable. The turn signal stalk will now be much larger with all the wiper functions integrated. Red stitching comes with the Sport Appearance Package on the Premium trim.
Will these instrument panel changes get pushed out to previous model years? I read on a FB post somewhere there were some hardware changes made for the adas and what not that may mean we would not get these changes…

Easy way to "not correct" phone overheating...Let's just make a new place to stick the phone with a cable. Looks too busy for me...just fix the damn phone pad charger to work (correctly)

I love the drive control from rotary to stalk.

My Hyundai EV loaner has that and I like it.

Mine has been tossed into a closet from day one.......at least I think that's where it's at...it may have gone out with the garbage
