Ok you all were warned but chose to ignore it.No one's really is. It's just a weird complaint A LOT of people make for some reason.
I had my cargo trim (the place where the cover snaps into) break off and replaced once under warranty. Looks like an interesting accessory, but I'd worry that it would increase my chances of that happening again.YUP. Im with Norm on this one . These are worth the money![]()
Agreed. Always found it strange the many of the prior vehicles I owned have had 120v inverters, and yet on an EV Ford decides not to provide one. Must be Ford bean counter logic. Is there a 120 volt inverter like my Lincoln or the F150?
I use a set of roughly c-shaped retainer clips for the cover, it prevents it from flying loose but obviously makes it harder to remove the cover when needed. Others use rubber bands and similar. What I REALLY wish they would address is the stupid intern designed floppy cargo cover which detaches itself at the slightest possibility
My original cover fell off at the drop of a hat, and probably would have benefited from these clips.I'm using these clips and haven't had the cover disengage.

?Ok you all were warned but chose to ignore it.
There are a group of people who cannot get a combination of seat position (fore, aft, and height), seat recline and steering wheel tilt that gives them proper control over the vehicle, a totally unobstructed view of the speed in its full right position on the ipc, and is simultaneously comfortable while driving.
For me, if I adjust things so I can have an unobstructed view of the speed, I end up walking with a pronounced limp the rest of the day after any drive over an hour’s length.
Yet somehow the troglodytes around these parts want to argue that the people who experience this are obviously wrong and just need to move “something”. We’re not, we live with this mess Ford created and then have to justify why we’re incapable of adjusting the seat and steering wheel when it’s obviously so darn easy.
Cue multiple pages of arguments. Again.
It won’t go into reverse at speed, honest ?The 'gear' switch as a 'turnstalk' is more convenient and intuitive.
BUT, I've hit my turnsignal accidentally steering.
I'd hate to slam it into reverse at speed.
Maybe it's short enough my fat fingers would clear?
With the exception of the rear wiper, GM cars had that kind of setup in the ‘80s and into the ‘00s. I am not saying I liked it. Of course I hate column shifters even more, especially in cars that have consoles. ?Yeah I'm a little concerned how "busy" the left side combined turn signal/front wiper+wash/rear wiper+wash/high beam stalk will be. Will there still be six different wiper settings like now? Two different rear settings? We don't know yet.
Very insightful comment that contributed deeply to the conversation. Thank you for posting it.Mine isn't obscured.

You are most welcome. Your sarcasm doesn't make my statement any less true, btw.Very insightful comment that contributed deeply to the conversation. Thank you for posting it.
This looks like the Lightning stalk. It's a bit much, but can be managed.Yeah I'm a little concerned how "busy" the left side combined turn signal/front wiper+wash/rear wiper+wash/high beam stalk will be. I was reading through the thread and didn't understand what the complaint was, since I was remembering my Lightning's stalk and forgot the Mach-E had two stalks. This looks like the Lightning stalk. It's a bit much, but can be managed.
