Ford Warranty Tow?

Just curious if anyone has run out of juice on the road, and had to use the Ford warranty tow to a charger or home? I just wonder how quickly they (Ford) would react to this. And no, I don't want to find out myself.... ?

Ford doesn't react at all. You're calling a service that Ford hires to then search for an independent towing company. The response time varies all over the place, it will depend on where and when.

I suggest you read the terms of the Ford Roadside Assistance and understand their reimbursement also, for when they don't respond and you get a tow yourself.
