This is actually pretty funny. Ford tries to add a new feature that members want, the ability to see what updates the vehicle has had. They state, upfront, that initially it will only show updates in the last 90 days, as well as the version of Sync. I posted this on 4 forums, 2 Mach-E and 2 Lightning. By far this forum has the most activity on the post (expected), and overwhelmingly people are bitching.
Gaaaaah! 90 days? Literally in EVERY SURVEY they send me … I have asked for this feature. It needs to be the FULL history … not just 90 days. ?

I have two cars, so it’s difficult to recall which update went to each.
The car is in the drop-down menu.

I posted about this feature on the Gen14 F150 forum and credited "A member of the Mach-E forum"

It quickly grew to just a few posts less than this thread. And although folks were disappointed with the less than polished performance of the website, this forum is almost always more bitter. ???

Fantastic.
At a snails pace, Ford continues to roll out the things we all expect.

I take it this new query/result tool has a hardcoded fence date? Looks like maybe 90 days?

That’s great I can see the updates I received the past 90 days. It doesn’t tell me all the updates that went out for that period so I can see if missed any.

I haven't run this up management for approval, but I think they'd say you haven't missed anything. Either you don't need it or you haven't gotten it yet.

is there any workaround for the “your vehicle does not feature the technology…” problem? i’ve tried to see the updates about 10 times now and only once did it show me the list, all the other times i’ve received this error.

In a word this is "Cxxp", typical automotive company trying to do software. Not just Ford all of them. Getting the same BS, either "your car does not support this" BS or "you haven’t had any updates in the past 90 days", again BS.
Don’t release software or a web feature until it has been fully tested and implamented through Alpha and public Beta testing.
Flame off.

I can understand only storing the last 90 days of updates. I mean with the total number of Mach-E cars sold in the last 4 years and the vast number of updates, it would probably require at least 2GB of storage. Do you really think they have the data center capacity to store that much text!?

I can not see any updates. I have a 2023 Mach-E Premium and the page says:

"Your vehicle does not feature the technology to receive the type of software updates reported here. Please reference our SYNC and Navigation page to learn about about the capability of your system and any available updates"

i think the website and/or ford's database is just buggy. i've checked multiple times, 90% of the time i get that error which is clearly nonsense, and just now i got "you haven't had any updates in the last 90 days" which is also false. there was one time at least that it gave me a list of updates. i wish i had saved it.

? Going great.

IMG_4948.jpeg

EDIT: Five minutes later, it says the same thing but now lists the date of my last update! You know, the one my car doesn’t support. ?

EDIT AGAIN: Two more minutes, now it’s working fully. Fun’s over.
I got the same behavior. At the same time, they seem to have removed the LVB status (I can't find it anymore).
