Paint roof antenna peeling off

Just before my Mach-E turned 2 years old, I noticed that the paint near the roof antenna was peeling off. Unfortunately, I only reported this to my Ford dealer and Ford Netherlands a few months later. Their response was brief: no warranty after 2 years.

This issue has been reported several times on this forum and is clearly a paint adhesion problem. This has nothing to do with weather conditions or other vague external factors.

Apparently, this is the quality and service Ford provides nowadays.

Lesson: check on this and report before you 2 year warranty expires.

I have the same issue with my 2022 Mach-E Premium AWD ER (built April 2022, delivered May 2022). Took it to my dealer and they are covering it under warranty (3 years). Kudos to Malloy Ford of Charlottesville for prompt action on this. I have an appointment through Malloy next week to get the part repainted at a local paint shop.
