Car will not DC charge. 4 different stations. Found odd plug and charge info on app. Is this ok?

I've not been able to reliably enable Plug and Charge in FP since... June? It broke in FP 5.0.3 and they don't seem in a hurry to fix it.

We dc charged last month a few times.

If you're using Ford Pass 5.10, Plug and Charge is bugged and will show that it's off even if it's on. I've verified this on both a Pixel and an iPhone. I've also DCFC on both EA stations and Tesla superchargers since the update came out without issue. I had expected to use the EA app but Plug and Share surprisingly worked.
Did you try to activate the station from the app or from the car?

I did activate defrost, heated seat and steering wheel to start up last night. Tried to remove with app and can't turn them off. Will have her try while near car.

Just a FYI, plug and charge just allows you to charge to the saved billing info you have on Ford Pass but you can always initiate a session through the station's app. It just makes it more streamlined to charge in theory, but isn't a requirement for DCFC.

If you get a DC charger error, you may need to turn the car off, open the door, and wait 5+ minutes to reset everything before trying again.
Some errors cause a state in which the vehicle cannot DC charge at subsequent chargers until reset as described above.
If not using Plug & Charge, make sure you activate the charger before plugging it in, not after. If the charger does not work, remember to press the unlock button in the charge port and wait for the white signal before trying to unplug. Hang up the plug and start over.
