I'll be away from my 2023 MME GTPE for a few months and am wondering what the best way is to manage the battery while gone. I've heard it's best to leave the car at ~ 50% charge and leave it plugged in, but I'm unsure if this is current information or outdated. I'm new to EVs (have only owned it for ~ 3 months); any and all advice would be appreciated.

I would suggest reading the owners manual. I leave mine at 50% when away from home for a couple weeks. I believe some people disconnect the 12V battery when they plan to be gone for months.
