Good catch! I agree, but there is A LOT of salt in the original, and I want to actually drink this V8 and use it in some home made soups!

Whoa! Hold on there. You CANNOT DRINK IT? It's supposed to remain in there when you show people the vehicle! I bought a bottle of each (the LARGE BOTTLES) and use them every EV show we go to. "Look, I have a BIG V8 under the hood!"
