New 24 Premium rules!! But I can't create a profile

The car is awesome, yes.
I am unable to create a profile in the car because the button to create one or cancel out is grayed out.

What did I not enable or do yet?
Yes, I have a Ford pass account.

I believe that I do, yes. There areany options under that submenu, so maybe I have something disabled that's necessary for profiles to work.

Problem solved.

I rebooted the screen software, whatever it's called.

I pressed rhe volume down button AND the right arrow button at the same time for 10 seconds. Those buttons are on the right of the steering wheel.

I have a similar issue with my 24 premium Extended - I can create a profile. But when I try to 'Link Phone' it sits for a while waiting or connecting - then it fails and wipes the profile entirely.

I have FordPass working fine, and all the connected services on and up to date.

I have tried it 4 or 5 times now with the same thing happening, and I can't figure out a fix.

Anyone else getting this?

Why don't you ask the salesman and see if he/she can help you perhaps? Or try asking in the machE reddit thread to see if you reach different owners.

My profile doesn't remember the equalizer sound settings of bass and treble.
