Dealer reset Sync now I've lost my Bluecruise & Blue Oval Charging Network

My Mach E was at the dealer for 3 weeks trying to get a remote start issue fixed (which never happened), and one of their steps was resetting the Sync system. Now my subscriptions to Bluecruise & Blue Oval are not Active and I can't find a way to re-enable them easily. In the Connected Services website it wants me to purchase them again. I called Ford and they have to escalate this, not sure why, seems pretty straightforward. Any ideas while I wait for Ford to reach back out?

Well BlueOval Charge Network is free, so there should be no purchase option whatsoever. What are you seeing?

I assume for Blueoval I can just click Activate Trial then. I'm more concerned about Bluecruise.

Yes, click "Activate Trial" (it isn't a trial anymore but that button hasn't been updated), confirm your payment method you want to use for charging, and your BlueOval Charge Network account will be active again.

BlueCruise I'm not sure about.

You need to call the Ford EV number at 833-389-0848. Tell them the dealer reset the sync and they will get you to the right department, however, it takes up to two weeks for the the services to be restored. It took me 11 days, Ford also tried a master sync reset to get me updates, didn't work for the updates. My 23 GT drives fine, no bugs, but also hasn't had an update since August.
