My Mach E was at the dealer for 3 weeks trying to get a remote start issue fixed (which never happened), and one of their steps was resetting the Sync system. Now my subscriptions to Bluecruise & Blue Oval are not Active and I can't find a way to re-enable them easily. In the Connected Services website it wants me to purchase them again. I called Ford and they have to escalate this, not sure why, seems pretty straightforward. Any ideas while I wait for Ford to reach back out?
