Any update on this guys? I got a friend with the same exact issue ..
Unfortunately not. I had my vehicle at the dealer for almost 3 weeks and they were unable to solve the issue. I'll try and list what they did to troubleshoot. They did however, gladly charge me for troubleshooting without a fix.

I had installed a new battery, so that wasn't the issue
They performed a master reset on the sync system
They found a code B15A5:56 stored in RFA module. They reprogrammed RFA module.
Updated software for RFA module
Confirmed I am not using 3rd party apps to drain battery
They were concerned the TCU was in a "logic lock" so they did a "power reset" disconnect negative battery terminal for 30 minutes then touched negative terminal to positive terminal for 5 seconds.
Made sure HV battery was charged fully
Did a test to make sure no drains on the 12v battery. None present
Were advised by Ford Engineering to follow a PPT G ion WSM 419-01C. No issues found
Ford Engineering advised to change the headlamp switch. At this point I just took my car back because it seemed to be going nowhere. I actually replaced the headlamp switch myself and still no resolution.

So all this and still no closer to an answer to my issue.

Still no updates from Ford on a cause for this. Just wanted to post what does and doesn't work in Fordpass to see if someone here might be able to make sense of it.

Once vehicle sits for ~30 min and "goes to sleep"
Things that do work:
Lock/Unlock
Bluetooth Controls (Windows/Tailgate/Frunk)

Things that don't work:
Remote Climate
Starting Charge
Update Location
Honk horn/Flash Lights

I've tried opening the tailgate, rolling down windows from the app to see if it wakes up the vehicle, but it does not. The only way to get all the Fordpass features operable again is to go out to the car and open the door.

What happens when you attempt to update the maps location?

Yeah, I would disconnect the 12v battery for 60 seconds...
I had done that before sending it to the dealer, and they did it there as well.

When the car won’t respond look at the bluetooth settings on your phone. I believe the one with your “VIN# MACH E” is what is used for the Ford Pass App connection. It should show connected all the time. The other one “Mustang Mach E” should only be connected when when the bluetooth features of the phone and Mach E are active…ie phone calls, media etc.

If the “VIN# MACHE E” is not connected or not showing you may have a problem with the RFA (bluetooth) module.
How is Bluetooth related here..? FordPass works over cloud if Bluetooth not connected to car...

I am not sure how it all works. Sync uses bluetooth, WIFI, cellular and has MAC addresses for it. I could not figure out what the bluetooth was on my phone so I deleted it and the Ford Pass stopped working.

I don‘t think the actual bluetooth on the phone is communicating with the car it is just how the Ford Pass App shows it communicates with the Ford Sync.
Like black_stang said I don’t think we are dealing with a Bluetooth issue here. My Bluetooth features in Fordpass work fine. It’s the features that try to communicate through cellular to the vehicle.

Still no solution to my issue. I believe it may have even prevented my scheduled charge to begin last night.
I’ve tried to monitor how long I have remote access after leaving the vehicle alone and it seems to be right at 30 min. Can anyone think of what might cut off right at 30 min?

I was answering your question about what could be cutting the off your communication. Car will power off at 30 mins. The car should respond to AT&T cellular, so if you don't have good service where it's parked then that might be the reason for no communication with FP.
