Hi All,

I recently bought a 2021 Mach E!
How can I check if my Mach E has blue cruise enabled?

Sorry if this is a lame question!

Looking for some inputs from the experts here. Also, what is the expected version of SYNC software for 2021 model?
Mine is SYNC 4 Software Version: 21008_PRODUCT Revision: 252

Never had or tried BC hands free so signed up for a month of it to try it out after i got the 1.3 update, don't have the the toggles for in lane/lane change but everything works. Can definitely notice an improvement with how the mach e stays centered in lane.

I received the update. However my car has lost the ability to increase or decrease its speed automatically on the basis of the signed listed speed limits.

Sometimes updates will reset preferences. If you haven't yet, go into your settings and turn 'Predictive Speed Assist' back on, if it shows on toggle it off and back on.

My Mach E is listed in it - but when I don't see the option to subscribe for BlueCruise under "Connected Services"
Not sure what's happening! I'll schedule an appointment with the nearest dealership and get them check - hopefully they'll be able to figure it out.

Yes, this also happened to me. After installing BC 1.3, I had to turn "Recognize speed limit signs" back on. I also had to turn off the "Ask at exit to turn off motion security sensors."

I got to try out the lane change today and it was awesome! So after almost 4 years, I've got to see what BlueCruise is really like!

Finally got BC 1.3 on my 2021 Mache. Thought this was never going to happen as i had received no OTA updates since oct 23! Going in a road trip this weekend so this came just in time!

The coolest part of the lane change function (besides that it exists at all) is that it helps keep you safe. Yesterday I was driving home from a job site in fairly heavy highway traffic, using BC in the HOV lane. I was nearing my exit and activated the turn signal. As it was about to execute the maneuver, some a$$lick driving way too fast darted into the opening to my right. I did not see them. The car did and cancelled the lane change. Yes, I cursed the driver as they cut in front of me and sped off at 85 or 90 MPH. This is the first time an automated safety system prevented me from having an accident that I can recall!

As a follow on the the recent BC 1.3 Update my 2021 Job 1 received, I just got another update ECG-25.2.5.7.1 for Consistent Battery Performance. It installs a new Gateway Module to better manage the 12v battery drainage. Showing us true early adopters some love.

The are many accounts of ‘21 & ‘22 owners getting ‘bricked’ or unable to even enter their car because the 12v AGM battery failed/died. This module provides better ‘management’ of the ME’s apps and/or functions that draw on the low voltage AGM battery, thus eliminating some of the drainage going on behind the scenes (so to speak). With that said, I wish we had a AGM Battery check, like we do on tire presssure, to track if it is going south. Or even less, some idiot light or warning once it approaches critical state so we don’t get ‘bricked’ or locked out.
PS - I just installed the 2.5” cutouts/inserts in the frunk to gain easy access the the AGM battery, should I ever find myself locked out. Otherwise, I do love this car.
