BC 1.3 is still not installed. 5 days and a 12 V battery reset.

"We'll try again at your next install window." That was 4 days ago, and every day after.

At the end of this week it will be 15 months of the 3 year subscription gone. That means 15 months I can't get back.

could be worse, I still don't even have the update option (June 2021 build date)

2021 Mustang Mach-E Owners,

You may have noticed that we have started to roll out the final update to enable BlueCruise 1.3 on BlueCruise-equipped 2021 model year Mustang Mach-E vehicles! Please keep in mind, as this rollout happens not all vehicles will receive the update at the same time. For example, your neighbor with the same model year vehicle could get the update at a different time than you do.

BlueCruise 1.3 helps you stay engaged in hands-free mode longer, including around curves and narrow lanes. It also builds on BlueCruise 1.2 which includes Lane Change Assist allowing you to change lanes by tapping the turn signal and once the path is clear and In-Lane Repositioning which helps keep the vehicle in its lane while subtly shifting position away from vehicles in adjacent lanes.

I just received this update last evening. First OTA for my 2021 since last June! As a paying Ford BC subscriber, I’m both relieved & excited to experience the added features & improved core functionality. Will advise on my findings!!

I have a little different perspective.... I'm about half way through my 3 year Blue Cruise subscription. I signed up only because of the promise of 1.3. I still don't have it. I've heard that some subscribers were offered a free extra year.... I'm expecting to be offered that, but it wouldn't surprise if it didn't happen. Pretty poor customer service in my opinion.

2021 Job 1 Premium, BC 1.3 download happened today. Works great, lane change ability is much more useful than I thought it would be. Thank you!

I received the update. However my car has lost the ability to increase or decrease its speed automatically on the basis of the signed listed speed limits. We have an early 2021 and did purchase the Blue Cruise extension.

I can't comment on that in my car as I disabled that feature years ago.

same here. Last update june 2024, but got BC1.3 this week

I’ve now had BC 1.3 for a couple weeks & used it several times. It works well & I like the new centering & lane change updates. That said, there are still ‘holes’ in coverage as I had to go to ‘hands on’ a few times on the PA Turnpike.

Finally got the update this afternoon on my '21 Premium EX AWD. Will need to wait awhile before I drive off-Cape (Cod) on a highway that it will enable on.
