I have the exact same status on my 2021 MME. Showed up on 3/17. I called the OTA team twice. First time was told everything looks OK but the download was just cancelled for some unknown reason. Called a few days later and was told it could be a modem problem, bring it to my dealer and tell them to open a TAC Ticket. Rep couldn't say whether Ford would cover the service or not. I doubt it's my modem, it connects fine to my WiFi, all remote functions work and streaming apps work.

I have not noticed any different behavior in my Bluecruise 1.0 functionality though.

Update on my Front Camera Fault after Bluecruise 1.3 install:

On my 21 Job 1, after the Bluecruise 1.3 finally installed successfully (the install sat on "Not Completed" for 2 weeks then finally downloaded and installed successfully) I was getting a constant "Front Camera Fault" resulting in "Adaptive Cruise Control Unavailable" & "Pre-collision Assist Unavailable". Ford OTA and BEV reps said I would have to take to have the dealer fix it.

I took it in on April 8, it was there for 2 days. I had tires rotated and the 12V battery had to be replaced since it died when they were doing diagnostics (I was still on my original 12V from when I purchased the car in June 2021).

Diagnostics found a "C1001 for incorrect IPMA Camera Alignment". They realigned the camera and everything works fine now. The car also received 10.1.0 OTA while it was at the dealer.

Seems odd that software can cause a camera alignment fault. I did have TSB 23-2155 completed about a year ago to fix intermittent faults and it had been fine since. The fix was covered by my extended warranty. I do have a $100 deductible but I don’t know why Ford doesn’t cover it since their update broke it. I intend to argue my case with them.

Thanks for the tip! I tried that, also tried resetting the system and it did not work.

I saw a post here about a few people fixing it through FORScan, but I don’t have the gear to do it and refuse paying for a software license to fix a deployment bug.

I’ll wait for @Ford Motor Company for an official path forward.

Seconded! Same situation and I’m glad to know I’m not the only frustrated one. @Ford Motor Company can you please assist?

Car is still at the dealer. I had to call Ford Sync to get a projected return of "maybe the end of the week". They have no more information than when I dropped it off.

Job 1 2021, got my blue cruise update, thank you very much. I do have to say I'm a little disappointed with 1.3. Just drove 90 miles on major highways and 1.3 dropped many more times then 1.0 did. Same weather, straight roads, lines visable, so disappointed. It does do center lane with less ping pong. I like the lane change but it says driver cancelled a lot. I think it is because I have the hands on the wheel since I don't completely trust hands free and since I touched the wheel it believes I canceled the lane change. So you have to have hands completely off and let it do the change or it cancels. At least that is what I believe happens. My wife kept asking why is the car beeping at you. I like BC a lot and do think that 1.3 behaves better but not if it keeps dropping for what appears to be for no reason and 1.0 did not drop as often.

I found a way to make my BC 1.3 a bit more stable, for me. Just reset all the DTC's before each drive!
I get CMR DTC's about the time BC1.3 decides it's hands on all the time. Interestingly though, if I reset the DTC's (and sometimes its a mess of them caused by 'adaptive cruise not available') where BC1.3 flat out cancels is now on the northbound trek. It'd previously cancel southbound every time at the same spot give or take 500ft. Now it kicks out or goes 'resume control' ballistic north bound and forced hands on 95% of my southbound (that both used to be a rock solid 100% HF both ways with 1.2, same lanes, same speeds). I've also confirmed that lane keeping claims to be on but I can cross the line gently and get it nearly to the point where I have the solid stipe up the center of my car before it complains I've crossed a line. (a good 10 seconds) I havn't seen a front camera fault since 1.3 was FDRS'd on, but the CMR and IPMA DTC's are random and don't alert on the IPC.
Resetting the DTC's it's great as it only makes it a little better. (I wonder if the cameras in the mirrors are used for BC as I fold my mirrors and they chatter and might not be unfolding completely the same every time, if that's actually used for part of lane keeping it might be a link)

I received the update. However my car has lost the ability to increase or decrease its speed automatically on the basis of the signed listed speed limits. We have an early 2021 and did purchase the Blue Cruise extension.

Just went through all my settings and found the auto speed adjust had been turned off by the update. It is back on now. There were a few other changed settings and a few new settings (or at least some I had not noticed before). There were also a bunch of new apps that I would prefer not having clutter my app screen (like a karaoke app I will never use). All in all, I am quite happy with the 1.3 updates.

Those errors have been happening since I've owned the MME.

The coax and camera module were replaced about a year ago.

I'm getting Tanner's '21 shipped out here to Phoenix in a few days, I think it has same configuration as yours. I'll try this exact route on the 101 each way, especially around the Broadway curve, maybe it will be a useful comparison. Will let you know when they drop it off.

Found out the front wiring harness that connects to the center radar and right front pre-collision sensor in damaged and was not properly fixed by the local Ford body shop after I hit a deer in 2021. That explains 3 years of errors and poor performance of BC and lane centering.

Ask someone on the Forum to look up your VIn in their computer for pending updates. There is a thread somewhere.

I got my BC 1.3 upgrade few weeks ago. It works perfectly. Like the lane change feature otherwise not much different. The off highway used to cancel a lot but now on secondary roads it stays on for a lot longer.
I would not pay yearly for this feature although very useful on highways. I might pay monthly for summer months when I actually use it for the longer trips.
