Got the dreaded High Voltage Battery Warning and Powertrain Malfunction notification on Saturday for my May 2022 pony.
Phoned my local Ford dealer this morning and I'm booked in for Friday 16th May - which isn't great because that's two and a half weeks away. Not sure what I'm going to do for wheels in the meantime.
The car still seems to let me drive it, but I'm assuming I shouldn't?
Is there anything I can tell my dealer to speed up this process? e.g. order these parts now? I don't want a phone call on the Friday afternoon to tell me the obvious that "we'll need to order some parts and they'll take three weeks to arrive"
Also, if they do need to order parts and they need to keep my vehicle for an extended period, am I entitled to a courtesy car during that time?
