Sure.....meanwhile Ford and Apple still can't play nice in AppleMaps and allow preconditioning.
Apple is the issue. Ford had zero issues with Google Maps via Android Auto triggering preconditioning,

We just bought a Hybrid Sportage and compared to the Mach e (which I love) its from the future. Totally slick interface and graphics. It matters Ford.

I am really liking the driver screen so hopefully we get that upgrade. Anything would be better than the Ford useless car icon in the middle of the display

I had not heard about the Wireless Carplay service bulletin, thanks for posting here.

It's ridiculous that Ford not only doesn't provide customers easy identifiers for software updates, but doesn't do it for their service staff either. This says "just check to see if any recent APIM updates have been applied" and hope for the best. WTH! If there was a specific update for it, have them look for that identifier.These service updates should be deterministic ("the issue is A and we fixed it with B. Check that B was done") rather than spray-and-pray.

What a waste of everyone's time.

Yeah, neither did I. The tech at the local Ford dealership didn't know about it either. That notification wasn't pushed to the app. :curse: I only learned about it through this forum. It looks like they're replacing the whole center console screen. My phone has been blowing up with notifications about my account and vehicle.

Incidentally, I got the push notification about the seatbelt recall, but then the tech told me it's only applicable IF I see the seatbelt warning issue, which I haven't. Maddening.
