The PAG cars were interesting. I had a 2001 Lincoln LS with a Jaguar-designed 3.9l-V8. Nice car.

Ford did say they would Support CarPlay 2.0. @Ford Motor Company?

I stopped trusting any claims they make since the time I bought a '16 Ford Explorer which they promised would eventually get Carplay (even listed on their site) and they never did , they ended up putting it on 2017 and on.

Think of the possibilities if Ford still owned Volvo! Polestar would be Ford. And with the Mercury brand being dormant, I foresee return of the “cat” branding to their models. So I give you the Ford Polestar “Polecat” EV! Make it so.

I'll take Apple UI over Google UI or Google car OS. But, hard as this is to imagine, Bill Ford doesn't call me about this stuff!!!

I am really liking the driver screen so hopefully we get that upgrade. Anything would be better than the Ford useless car icon in the middle of the display

There is. Ford can get off their ass and undo the unintentional change they made. They’ve chosen not to.

While they’re at it, would be nice to have an actual regen/power meter like the 2025 models have but at that point I’m p***ing in the wind.

On the Explorer, they claimed the head unit hardware was not good enough for Carplay even after they had already promised to bring it to the 2016 model year :/
