Nothing on our 2024 we picked up 5 weeks ago.So far only 23 & 24 model years are receiving this update?
But got the latest Sync update. I don't use the car much. But found the UI to be faster ? Placebo maybe.

Ditto for my 2023.5Got the update last night on my '23.5 Premium.
Powertrain Software Updates
Battery Status Display
This update enhances the accuracy of your vehicle's state of charge (SOC) display, providing a more precise reading of your battery status.
DC Fast Charging Locking Feature
While DC fast charging, if your vehicle is locked, the charge cord will remain secured. You can unlock it using the button next to the charge port after unlocking the vehicle. Additionally, if your vehicle is equipped with passive entry, the charge port will unlock if a key fob or Phone as a Key is nearby and the button is pressed.
Brake pedal feel
Brake pedal tuning has been refined to provide smoother braking feel.
Electric Vehicle Control ModuleSame here. Last update was in October 2024 and I was worried there might be something wrong.I received the 10.2.0 update last night on my 2023 Mach E. The previous update was 10.1.1 received in November of 24. I was starting to think something was wrong with the ota updates and had the dealer check the car fully 1 week ago.
It sure would be great if Ford would post release dates and which model years are getting them.
As soon as I get this update (if ever...) I look forward to this. I don't think that I do, but apparently, judging by comments from my passengers, I brake hard. Anyway, I'm very aware of that regen to friction transition and would like to be less aware of it.Just updated to 10.2.0 via OTA on my '23.5 GT. Braking performance is significantly smoother - particularly when transitioning from regen to friction when coming to a full stop as well as out of auto hold. This is the first update I've received since the 10.1.1 OTA back in October.
I am getting the update overnight tonight. This is my first update since I bought my 2023 used back in March. Am I supposed to have it plugged in for it to process the update?Sometime after 1 AM stating after Monday for me. I will keep it plugged in.
not directly. the car won’t start an OTA update unless the 12V battery SOC is above some threshold. if the main battery charges, that starts the process of charging the 12V battery; if the main battery charges long enough the 12V battery SOC will reach that threshold and the update can then start. if the main battery is already full when plugging in the car, the 12V battery won’t necessarily charge.I am getting the update overnight tonight.
