Krabbit, I think that you explained your opinion a lot better than nvabill (and you weren’t trying to backhand insult me). To your point, there is a little merit to it, if I were profanely driving in a manner that would seem like I was driving like a Road Hog or continuously switching like I had Road Rage. But, how does just trying to change lanes with the signal light on, cause drivers to behave idiotic and not be polite? It’s as if, some of you have never been cutoff by another driver.I too was going to chime in with after so many "incidents", might you wonder what you could be doing? I had a motto in the military: If a troop had a problem with a supervisor move em, if they have problems with multiple supervisors, can them. i.e. stuff happens, but if its happening repeatedly to the same person, when do you start looking at the person and how they got into those situations as opposed tot he situations?
It might not be you, but its a serious possibility/suggestion.
Same for kids at school. Sure, you could have a personality clash with a particular teacher, but if it happens repeatedly, you gotta start looking at the kiddo.
I will tell you another experience that I see here in TX a lot, is when I am driving with the flow of traffic speed, and I need to change lanes not even near an exit, and I put on my turn signal. Then, the car in that lane sees my turn signal, but, instead of allowing me to enter that lane, they purposefully speed up. That’s okay, because some people don’t want to drive behind other people’s car. I don’t get mad or even trying to speed up, but, I let them pass.
If you can understand that I’m only talking about common courtesy on both sides. Now, take that example, and tell me why these particular Chevy drivers could not be polite.
