2022 Mache - No OTA updates since 1.5+ year since manual dealer update.

Hello,

I used to get frequent updates on my Mache, since November 2024 after the dealership manually updated stuff on the car to fix a NAV issue i have not gotten a single update through OTA.

Please help me! Dealer has no idea.

I tried to reset the system, no luck, set the date again no luck, time no luck, wifi always on and plugged in but no luck. Rebooted the system still no luck.

What does your update screen say?

Also, I’m a bit confused about the title. Nov 2024 isn’t 1.5 years ago.

Before you went to the dealer, was your last update in Aug of 2023? If so, check out this thread, I had the same issue:

Since Nov 2024 of last year I’ve gotten 1 update. Something about 12v battery. ?‍
