  1. Disconnected by a Rivan driver at charging station

Some EVs have a locking mechanism on the charge port if doors are locked. At least mine does even if they stop the charging on the fast charger still will not disconnect without me unlocking doors.
  2. "Stop Safely Now" warning & start failure caused by charging system fault

OP may want to look into the Lemon Laws in your state. I do believe 3x same issue qualifies for a buyback.
  3. And so it begins. Mache rebates

Are you sure you are not an Internet Sales Manager lol..... Seems like I go on different forums and their are more Sales Pitches on the forum than at the Dealerships.
  4. RIP Car Icon (2019 - 2023)

I swore when I read the Title of this Thread thought he was talking about Ford going to do away with Mustang. As he states in title (Car Icon) lol....... But I have heard they are in talks of creating the Mustang Brand for continuation of selling the ICE Mustangs. Kinda like how Hyundai did the...

  6. Is it Totaled or No?

Utility Pole is fine cause can be used as firewood. But the car is totaled how ever if you own the title on it you can try to make some money off of by selling parts. Just sayin lol. Then pay to have to send it to a junkyard afterwards. EV parts are very limited right now lol.

  10. 2023 Mach-E priced over $55K & delivered in 2023 will not qualify for tax credit! Latest IRS ruling says Mach-E is a CAR - not SUV !

Technically it is not tax fraud as you do become the legal owner of the car once the contract is signed. Nowhere does it state you have to drive it off the lot for it to become your vehicle. ONce the contract is signed and dated that is considered the delivery date where you take possession of...
  11. 2023 Mach-E priced over $55K & delivered in 2023 will not qualify for tax credit! Latest IRS ruling says Mach-E is a CAR - not SUV !

Most all Model 3 and Ys will qualify for the tax credit. As they are built in USA and the Batteries are as well. Just the mining of resources is the downfall when that becomes a factor. So starting Jan. 1 the Model 3 and Y's will qualify for full tax credit. Ironically though the 5-Seater model...
  12. 2023 Mach-E priced over $55K & delivered in 2023 will not qualify for tax credit! Latest IRS ruling says Mach-E is a CAR - not SUV !

I do not want to go political but will just say this as my own opinion. If he hadn't stopped the previous BILL from passing he would not be in this mess. This is the mess he created with this dumb IRA Bill and now he got mad because the IRS (another gov. agency) allowed companies to use the...
  13. 2023 Mach-E priced over $55K & delivered in 2023 will not qualify for tax credit! Latest IRS ruling says Mach-E is a CAR - not SUV !

Think of a positive now Ford will be forced to start lowering prices below the $55k MSRP if they want to continue getting the rebate/credits. Or they will not be selling as many cars as they normally were. Of course this will not deter the consumers who do not need to count on the tax credit...
