Agree you are owed that for sure ..

you can go back and demand that they honor x plan and make sure of all other item it is NOT easy by any means but you will get nothing if you don’t push .. it’s ironic how hard you have to work to get what is owed but you can’t ignore it or it’s just money in their pocket ..if I’m giving money...

So thankful for him and so many people.. this is really hard for me so reading everyone’s messages and process helps me so much - my only issue has been lousy initial dealership now I’m with Chapman and they are amazing even tho still don’t know exact outcome at least someone is being honest

Difficult.. YES impossible NO .. My dealership apparently has still not transferred ownership of my vehicle although loan funded etc .. Add to that nonsense today I got TWO new loan packages from Fifth Third Bank for loans I didn’t authorize.. I love ford BUT the lengths some dealerships...

I’ll have to kindly disagree - after looking up the information on NHTSA this was not a mysterious recall there were & are over 30 pages of extreme detail as to the risks etc. Respectfully if it takes someone to lose a job to save a life then so be it.. If I made a major oversight of such...
