If you go back to the reservation page on the Ford website, it has both the VIN # and order date on there. Just print that to a PDF?

Got it back from the dealer. They didn't give me a copy of the work order (and I was in a rush so didn't ask), but they told me that there was a pin or cable that had come loose. They said they just plugged it back in and made sure it was secure, and now it's good to go.

Ugh - I'm in the same boat. Mach E delivery on 3/6. Audio stopped working yesterday. Only sounds that work on the safety related sounds. No radio, no phone, no propulsion sound. Contacting the dealer this morning to remediate.

Ummm guys I think we need to have a sit down. Somebody (don't know who) stole my personalized plate. A few months ago I made sure "E PONY" was available (it was). This morning now that I have the car, I went online to order the plate and it wasn't available! I hope whoever got it is enjoying it!

Thanks everyone for the help! Finally after four hours at the dealer I was able to drive away with my pony! The dealer did apologize for not knowing what they were doing. Apparently I was only the second delivery for that Dealer!

Thanks for everyone's feedback. They removed the Ford credit acquisition fee and reduced the doc fee to $100. Now just waiting on the closer to sell me a bunch of service plans I don't want and oil changes I don't need! ???

Oh and one more item to top the cake: originally when they presented me with the price they had included sales tax. And there is most definitely no sales tax on EVs in NJ.

So far they've agreed to reduce the doc fee to $100 as required by X plan rules. He's checking on the credit acquisition fee. But it's pretty clear on the website.
