Ford's navigation system is a joke, and with Google Maps now preconditioning DC charging, that crap can now be relegated where it belongs: in the trash.
Unfortunately, I live in France, so I can't use 1800dent repair. What can I say to this repairer to convince him to take care of my door ? He seemed to be saying that the laminated glass was too fragile, but I think all glass is laminated these days.
What are my chances of successfully repairing...
Hi guys,
Following a small shock, my front right door has a small dent. I contacted my mechanic to try to remove the dent with a rod slipped into the door, but he doesn't want to do it because it seems that the Mach-E windows are too fragile. Are you aware of this problem? Has anyone already...
The car at the left of the Mach-E is a Renault ZOE, 100% Electric car. The car at the right is a Renault Twingo and there is a good chance it's the electric variant. I bet you saw many more EVs than 3. You just didn't notice them :)
Last time I had this problem I did this :
1/ Clear Fordpass application cache
2/ Uninstall Fordpass
3/ Reboot Phone
4/ Install Fordpass
5/ Go to Car, unpair phone, erase PAAK profile
6/ Pair phone (Bt)
7/ Add Android Auto connection
8/ Add PAAK when suggested
Hope this helps.
I own a SR RWD ME since 18 months and, on typical rides between home and work, I achieve 400km range. My car is currently at the dealer for "major updates" and the dealer lent me a Mach-e GT. After 2 days of driving the GT, I can say two things. First, acceleration and suspensions are muuuuuch...
For me, Mach-Lee calibration process didn't change the HVBSoH whatsoever. The value is still 91% for my 15 month old Mach-E with 19000km, *but* IDGF to this because my range is still 400-420km on a single charge for my typical trips :).
Conclusion : don't take this HVBSoH value too seriously...
Incredible...
I don't understand the problem with US dealerships regarding the Mach-E, especially since in France, it's exactly the opposite. The dealerships do their utmost to sell Mach-Es and treat buyers as best as possible. Well, in the end, the Mach-E doesn't sell at all in France, but...
The accidental opening of the rear trunk can be caused by the combination of these two factors : the key or PAAK is within reach of the vehicle and an animal or a moving object passes under the rear bumper and activates the hands-free opening. This happened to me twice.
Hi there, I just discover this thread. Thank to all contributors, it's amazing.
I have two questions : are others VE subject to this limitations too, and which ones ? In particular, do the RWD Mach-E have a performance limiter ?
After doing the battery calibration, including rest periods with empty and full battery, here are the numbers at 100% :
Estimated range : 400km
Capacity : 64 kW/h (reported by Torque Pro with OBD dongle)
HVBSoH : 91,5% (no change)
Looks to me like my Battery pack really lost 8% of capacity...
Yeah, same here, but the whole point is to see if the battery degradation is real or not. When the vehicle was brand new, battery fully charged, UI indicated always an estimated range above 420km whatever the conditions where - driving, climate, temp, etc. The HVBSoH reported by Torque Pro was...
