3 years, only PaaK. There have been some hiccups but never stranded. That’s what the backup codes are for. FOBs are for the dealer / tire shop / etc.

3 years, The FOB only gets used if someone else has to drive it (tire shop primarily). PaaK only otherwise. Codes are the backup.

Pull the codes via OBD or go to the dealer for inspection. Did they “tap for more information”?
