For tax credit advice, see the IRS first. They have the up to date info. A Mach E purchased in 2024 (regardless of the model year) does not qualify for a tax credit on your 2024 tax return.

Support should either get it working or send a replacement. It shouldn’t be in updating / rebooting mode for more than 30 minutes. If you’ve rebooted and it’s still stuck in that state (white LED going left to right) then support is your only option. Not much else can be done.

Both my wife and I use PaaK exclusively. The profile tends to stick with whomever drove it last. I just hop in, and press the 1 button for my profile, and move on. Would be nice if it could tell who is closest to the driver’s door and pick that profile.

Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, start. It depends on temperature and battery conditions. Precondition with departure time and it’ll usually be available. The moon and stars must align just right for it to happen.

CarPlay and AA can be disabled on the phone side. There’s no way to tell the MachE to ignore them, AFAIK.

That seems like a mistake that @Ford Motor Company should correct. No reason for it to change for EU drivers.
