For comparison, just slightly north in Oregon, I paid $732 for four years when I bought the Mach E. The renewal has gone up to $376 for EVâs for two years. The only thing that affects price is the MPG of the car (or if itâs an all electric).
Thatâs is super helpful that they painted the connector type and slot number on the pavement. That should be standard everywhere, at least a big sign with that info would help.

RVâs do NOT constantly pull max amps for hours and hours. Any cable for an RV is not rated for EV charging. Inspect the cable gauge and make sure itâs appropriate for 24-30A continuous. You might be out of luck on your situation, or you can take the gamble of burning your place down. Make...

There is no way to hack the Sync to do what youâre wanting. Youâll need an external device such as an Ottocast or similar device.
As others have said, generally if there are no other big loads on the same circuit, youâll be okay. 12A is the max draw. 20A circuit would be better, but 15A will do okay (with the above caveats). The higher danger is the 240V high amp connector. Both can fail the same though.
That sounds like the car was on? That would be extra dangerous. Iâve done the LVB disconnect and everything went off. Youâll need an OBDII device to reset any codes. There are posts with parts / software recommendations. You may be able to borrow one from your local auto parts store (Autozone...
Plenty of travel sites, blogs, videos out there. Depends on what your interests are, time available in each location. Youâll get better info than on a car enthusiast site. The convertible will be nice in California. The PNW coast can be grey cold and wet even in the summer. Check average...
Only the negative on the LVB should be removed to reboot all modules. HVB connections can send you to the grave easily if you donât know what youâre doing. Glad youâre okay and not a crisp.

Factory reset is overkill unless youâre selling the vehicle. There are lots of things thatâll need to be setup again or may not work for a certain period. Be careful when doing this.

I would simply reset...
Youâll need to contact the dealer. It could be the wiring, it could be the parking brake actuator. I had this happen last month, and it was both. Couple days to fix and get parts. You can physically inspect the wiring but youâll need diagnostics to determine if the actuator is faulty.
All is good here with the latest In your iPhone Bluetooth settings, there are two âdevicesâ for the Mach E. Delete those before trying to set it up again.

This says US cars. Youâll have to check with Ford UK or the dealer to see if itâs covered under another or the same CSP. A CSP isnât a recall techically, but itâs a covered fix - this one is covered until 150,000 miles or June 2033...
