I also now get a weird error when trying to clear DTC's from the powertrain updates. It comes up with a message about refreshing the tests for SOBDM...e.tc, but refresh does nothing.... I just continued without refresh and cleared...

Well, I've fully charged my LVB, which seemed to make a small difference but probably placebo effect to the crackling, so this morning I disconnected the -ve from the LVB and left it for 30 minutes. Immediately connecting the -ve lead to the battery, the crackling starts. I'm 100% convinced...

I have this same issue, and I have 2 cars in FordPass. The Mach-E and a Kuga (Escape), and no longer get the charging banner either on iOS 17.0.1. I have an Android phone too, which does show the banner. iOS seems to be the issue here.
