Three days now since requested a change in dealer at help line. So much for the "done in a day or so" that I was told by the rep. Just sitting here drumming my fingers until I can convert my reservation. If it is not done in five days I am going to be a little irritated.

For those that have changed their original dealership to a new one, how long after calling the Ford Help line did it take to change over. Does it show on your reservation page. I am waiting to order my vehicle but want to make sure the change has gone through first.

So, people converting orders on line. Are you having to make another deposit before you get your original reservation deposit back during the conversion process??? And, is people desiring to do so been able to change dealerships?

I talked to "Shawn" who said no ADM and no additional deposit. I just hope the reservation number is not dropped as I am changing dealers and others are saying that a new order puts you at the back of the line.
