This is why we don't be renewing our Connected Navigation subscription when it runs out. It's convenient for in-town navigation ("where the hell is that street?"), but for long trips where I need to charge I'm not jumping through hoops anymore when AA will do all that for me.
I pulled the panels a few weeks ago to unplug the 12V battery. Afterwards the lock buttons on the B and C pillars work much more reliably, usually about 85% of the time on the first touch. But I have still noticed a few times where the side mirrors don't automatically fold.

Have you tried the steps @Mach-Lee lists in his earlier post? It could also be your time window for retries passed, so you'd have to wait for it to come around again?
Like @Mach-Lee said, this is the 25S65 recall by Ford. Here is a link describing it on the Canada.ca site. You should be able see on your phone's Ford app any recalls open on your vehicle. You just need to call your dealer and tell them you want to schedule this recall work.

The software for this recall probably will come out OTA eventually, but since Ford is slow about pushing out updates (especially for older models) it could be a while.
Since you know the update is pending, I suggest initiating the update yourself once you park the car for the night (go into Settings, click on Software Updates, and tell it to start).

Your 12V battery voltage/SoC is too low to apply the update. Here's my advice:
Change the software update time to the evening when you're not using the car but awake to on the update
Prior to the update time, turn the car on (not accessory mode, actually on) to charge the 12V battery above...
