Agreed. I forget if there are some setting you need to enable, but I believe there are and if you don't have those showing up then you'd need to change them with FORScan. I know @rugedraw would know for sure. He helped me change mine.

Another power supply which has worked well is the one below. The voltage is adjustable, but also has a fixed 13.8V setting. It has a voltmeter/ammeter; the ammeter is useful when you want to see how much current the car is drawing during module programming.
