This happened to me this morning. Super bummed. Would y’all recommend going through FordPass assistance to get the tow and process started, or just calling the dealer?

Mine was faulting multiple times per day, which was instantly fixed by taking to dealer for recall updates. Hard to say what’s causing yours at once per month, but I wouldn’t worry about it. One charge fault a month is definitely not worth buying a new charger.

Took mine to dealer for the recalls and no more charge faults. One annoying thing now is for some reason my home charging location is messed up and I can’t get it to stop at 90% anymore. Annoying but I’m sure I’ll get it figured out eventually.
