I switched from the Pirellis to Nitto on my 5.0 and have been happy, but I think I’d prefer to stick with the EV specific tires on the Mach E, although I guess it wouldn’t be a big deal to switch to Michelin or something as long as they are same load and speed rating.

Look at Tire Rack,
I am sure there are alternatives
My GTPE is only 3 weeks old so no idea how long it will last….
I may upgrade my Wheels to 22” and go with 265 35 22 tires

let us know what you decide on

I second the Tire Rack idea. Since you're in Houston, summer tires should work well year-round. When I get my GTPE, I will eventually shift to UHP all-season tires. (I'm in North Texas.) Other threads have lots of discussion, and I lean towards the Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 Plus. They scored very high on handling, and also were very quiet, important for EV.

Yeah I am definitely sticking with summers. I’d really like to stay with the pirelli oems just not sure where to find them. Dealing with my ford dealer is always a pain but I guess I will call them

If you can wait, I have a GTPE arriving end of May. Make me an offer and I will replace the Pirelli's as soon as the car arrives. I am in Colorado and will need to switch to all season's sooner or later.

I'm going with Michelin Crossclimate tires because I want a decent performance tire that is also an all season with snow rated performance. However, I am going with a wider version and use 255's instead of the stock 245's. They will result in slightly less range, but offer a bit better grip/cornering and responsiveness, and a wider tire will also look much better, IMO.

Exactly what I'm doing! My GT should arrive in a few weeks. I already ordered the 22" Blaque Diamond BD-F25 and they arrived today via FedEx! I'm going to go with the Continental DWS 06's 265 35 22

This would be my choice when mine wear out:

Pilot Sport 4S.

I put these on my Chevy SS and they’re amazing summer tires. By far the best tires I’ve had. Might actually get a legit 3.5 0-60 with them.

They’re also consistently ranked #1 in their category and come from the factory on many high performance cars. (Ferrari, Porsche, Corvette etc).

Just put Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 Plus on my GTPE on April 1st. It’s rained almost everyday since and the Conti‘s have been terrific.
