Thanks for the info.
Woodstock is a little too far from us.
We bought our MachE from Alan Vigil Ford and found they have a Caliber Collision next to them.
I'll post our results after we get the car back
Our 2023 needs repair on front passenger side area.
Was not thinking a lot of body shops don't handle EV's
Anyone recommend a good body shop in the Atlanta area?
Thanks,

I just got the message for the second time this year. Both times the car was parked in the driveway and not in the garage. One of the key FOBs was left overnight near the front door and I think caused it. Nothing is plugged in. This is not a user error issue.
"What a cluster!"
How so?
Ford could have solved this problem by charging everyone $230 for the adapter and thereby limiting initial demand to only people who really needed it. The rest of us would buy a cheaper non Tesla adapter. Since GM and Rivian owners will need adapters, it's probable...
Part of the problem is when each customer hits refresh again and again.
Ford tried to make the reserve process easy by populating the VIN and address but in doing so, it causes many interconnections.

This past fall, I let the SOC get down around 30%. Temps were warm and the car suddenly went into turtle mode. As the car was slowing down to a crawl with full throttle, I let up on the accelerator and press down to the floor and turtle mode went away and car accelerated. It's never happened...
Nothing is plugged in.
Car is driven daily and charged to 90% every other day or so.
Last night it was parked outside (35f temp) instead of the garage.
Reading other posts about the LVB, this isn't a user problem.
Ford made some choices about the LVB and the charging logic that don't seem...
Weird.
We got the same message this morning. 2023 P4X
The car is charged to 90% and was just sitting in the driveway unplugged.
There were no personal devices plugged in inside the car.
I am guessing Ford's notification system sent out the message by mistake

The price was 38,990 and we get the $7500 tax credit plus a generous trade in value. Their interest rate was 6.49% The buying process and trade in was all done on the Tesla...
Part of the dealer's PDI should be to update the software to the latest but maybe Ford is not quite confident in their updates and they don't want the initial customer experience to be ruined by a bad software update they later have to pull.
Thanks! So much fun to drive. I followed my wife home from the dealer and already started planning wider tires. They almost look like spare tires
We took Mach EVe home today and said goodbye to our Expedition Maxine.
