so parts are a problem for this dearlship to obtain, apparently there was some type of fire at their distributor or something along those lines... they're still waiting on some part, not exactly sure which one. For anyone that has done this recall on the high voltage deal, was it a lot of...
Followed up with the dearship yesterday - left voicemail, also the customer care department, left voicemail... Customer care has gotten back with me today and she is reaching out to the dearlship on my behalf. When the service department booked the loaner vehicle through the beginning of May I...
Service manager called today and offered me a loner, I guess they’ll be working on the car now for the above items…
My issue with the speaker I thought was related to CarPlay as well, however I removed both phones from the car, reset sync, nothing fixed the issue for the center speaker except...
@rugedraw I DM'd my VIN, are you able to provide the details here? I'm curious as I have some funky stuff going on detailed here: https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/audio-only-coming-through-front-center-speaker.34815
Just a follow up here,
I just got off the phone with the service manager and he tried to tell me his technician deemed the high voltage recall the most important thing to look at and so was waiting on the other items, I told him that really only has to do with dc fast charging (am I wrong?!)...
The car audio would only come through the center front speaker.
I saw this post https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/left-audio-not-working.33021/
thinking my problem could be related.
Nothing I tried fixed it so I now have it with the dealer. I’m hoping they’ll be able to hook it up to...
Ok I guess I’ll have to try that, my wife tried to use it after I told her how I got it working and it was back to jacked. Just took the car out for dinner and it was jacked for me as well, only coming out of the center speaker. I left them an audio feedback of the problem and how happy it makes...
I just had an issue where only the center channel was working on audio, even if I change to FM radio as the input.
I let the car sit turned off for a bit, turned off the WiFi on my phone so that only phone as a key / Bluetooth would be working when starting the car, no wireless CarPlay kicking...
Does anyone have this destination prediction pop up, they go into settings and turn it off where you are supposed to and then on a future drive the feature has apparently reenabled itself? Is there another setting somewhere to prevent it re-enabling?
Regarding 'long periods of time' if I have a trip planned where my car will be sitting for 4-5 days, should I not charge higher than 80% in that case? I've never left it sitting that many days and don't really know if I'll lose much charge while it sits. After the trip I'd like to just be able...
Just an update to this thread, in case anyone ever has the issue of Departure Times and or Preferred Charge Times being Grayed out or missing...
I went all the way through removing the car from being connected to my wife and I's FordPass accounts.
Once I did that, I added it back to my Wife...
One day @Logal727 drove by and I thought it was so cool to hear the pedestrian noise from outside. Not that I think the noise is cool, I just had never really heard one drive by.
