10th Jan OTA has stopped Auto Dim Headlights working correctly

had the same issue since the update to 6.2.1
I have the select model so dont have adaptive lights but normal lights dont seem to dip quick enough anymore. was working fine before the update but not I have 3 flashes from oncoming in the span of 20 minutes so I had to turn off auto beam.

The dealer got me to book the car in and then said they couldn't test it.
The first real night drive was the night following the fruitless dealer visit and they dipped fine, no flashes at me. This was a couple of weeks after the OTA.

Not sure if this is the same issue but I’ve noticed recently that my headlights weren’t auto dipping. Not sure when they stopped working as I haven’t had many drives in the dark recently.
Went into the on screen menu to check that the auto dip headlights setting was not there !!!! Has this feature now disappeared ? Or is it always on now ??
