Are you somehow implying that goods manufactured in China are somehow inferior to good manufactured elsewhere? What about the phone/laptop/tablet you made this post from? How about the camera you took the pictures with?

The more important question is, what was happening with this charging cable prior to it failing in such a manner?

As you see both connectors broken when I unplugged, one stuck in power outlet , one I was able remove . I’m going today to dealer to ask for replacement as the wall charger is only half year old .

I don’t know where your phone come from , but mine camera has lenses from Germany , phone has chips from Holland or Taiwan ?.
I’m saying “ made in “ , you are saying “ manufactured.” .

Made in vs manufactured is not the issue here.

My issue is, I have never seen anything like this from normal use. If I am being honest, it looks like this was plugged in and hanging causing stress to the part plugged in to the outlet. I can't imagine that this happened simply by plugging it in and taking it out.

I plugged and unplugged every day , as I most charge car at work .
In my opinion the material is not strong enough.
This part will be replaced under warranty , haystack came back from dealer.Waiting time is about two weeks

It’s not designed to be plugged in and out everyday, that’s your issue. That also wears out the outlet and can cause it to melt.
