I emailed IVY about the length of the charge cables and they said they are replacing them with longer ones. I think for a backed-in Tesla they are OK, but for the rest of us...not so much.

Yes...the length of their current cables is unacceptable. I have needed to pull in an angle, or even better, pull in parallel to the curb, if no one else is there, in order to make a proper connection. In general, I've been quite disappointed in the IVY experience.
